A strategic legal partner with deep roots in Italian law and a global perspective.
I’m Alessandro Iacovazzi, a qualified Italian lawyer with a strong focus on international business law, corporate and commercial transactions and cross-border legal advisory.
My journey began at the University of Bari, where I earned my law degree in 2005. Alongside my academic studies, I completed a Master’s in Applied Criminology and Legal Psychology at La Sapienza University of Rome.
Driven by a passion for international law, I developed my early legal career in the United Kingdom. In 2010, I began collaborating with Gaglione International Law Firm in London, managing the Italian Desk and liaising with international firms.
Today, I operate across Italy and internationally, serving as Of Counsel to SLIG Law Firm LLP in London and advising businesses, entrepreneurs and professionals on private international law, corporate and commercial law, international trade, real estate transactions and corporate criminal liability.
I also serve as a bankruptcy trustee at the Court of Bari, collaborate with national and foreign law firms and contribute to the International Relations Commission of the Bari Bar Association. Beyond legal practice, I am involved in legal education and professional training in international commercial law, corporate compliance and legal risk management.
